3Ten Events Inc. took part in the Women of Integrity’s 4th Annual Women in Business Brunch

It was an honor to be part of this event celebrating Women’s Month, commemorating the contributions of women around the world. Women of Integrity’s 4th Annual Women in Business Brunch honored a panel of professional and entrepreneurial business women. As a fundamental part of the festivities, the 3Ten Events team provided Audio-Visual services to support the key speakers and their presentations. One benefit of hiring 3Ten Events Inc is the event production experience and knowledge we bring.  Our participation makes a successful event like this easier to achieve. Once on location, our team set up an audio system consisting of; Shure wireless microphones, Yamaha audio mixer, and Electro-Voice powered speakers. We also provided background music during intermissions to ensure that the guests could differentiate breaks from presentations. Overall, we made it possible for the audience to clearly hear, participate, and fully enjoy the event.

About the Event Organizer

Women Of Integrity (WOI) is an organization founded by Shantay Carter. The mission of WOI “is to support and empower girls, adolescents and women by fostering the confidence and nurturing the skills necessary to accomplish their goals, dreams, and aspirations for the future.” Young women are mentored by experienced professionals in fields such as law and medicine. The initiative is focused on empowering women with the guidance needed to excel as professionals. Participants are given a chance to partake in an annual Prom Dress drive event, accepting donated couture. The highlight of WOI’s work during the drive is their Prom Dress Giveaway and Makeover event, ensuring a gown, hair, and makeup glam to help make a selected student’s prom day memorable.

Event Production

One of the keys to hosting a successful event is the mastery of the MC. The event’s Mistress of Ceremony, Sharon Devonish Leid, CEO of NetStruc PR, was engaging, full of life, humorous, and on point with moderating an inspiring panel discussion.

The event was catered by Margaret Viruet of Sazon Dominicano, who also provided design and décor.  The event’s theme, “Queen Season”, was captured in the beautifully decorated event space. Royal crowns made up the table centerpieces and served as photo props. A large white royal chair fit for a queen, made for an immersive photo experience.

The Panel included, Ayanna Gallow, Underwriting Consultant Director for a major insurance carrier, Tiara Adams, CEO & Co-founder of I Am Dancers, a dance studio in West Hempstead, NY, Monique Murphy, Corporate VP in the Office of Diversity & Inclusion of New York Life Insurance Company, Safietou (Safie) Russel, CPA and founder of SDR Consulting, Tiffany Hercules, a Communications Professional in the making, Debbie Douglas, HR Professional at Viacom, Siobhan Nicole “The Glamboss”, a Business Motivator and Cosmetology Educator, and 3Ten Events’ Co-founder and Vice-President, Narisse Meggie.
